Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haitun VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the App.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing and will notify users in appropriate locations. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or disabling system security protections may prevent the App from working properly or increase security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, system permissions, local network failures, or poor signal quality. When using the App outside Wi-Fi, your carrier may charge mobile data fees. If you enable roaming outside your home country without a suitable data plan, roaming fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to device battery depletion, system failure, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners; legal responsibility for resulting direct or indirect losses is limited to the scope required by applicable law. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service in accordance with law and these terms; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: All software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key or access to a digital product has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Customer Support: We provide support for software use, connection setup, account questions, and related service issues.

Technical Issues: If technical issues affect normal use, we will work to diagnose and provide a solution. Technical support does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
